1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, or using the Software and related services provided by PSLWARE (“we”, “us”; the “Software”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Continued use of the Software constitutes your full acceptance of these Terms.

2. The Software

PSLWARE operates independently and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game publisher or developer.

The Software runs as a separate application on your own computer. It analyses video frames from your own display using advanced real-time AI object detection algorithms and, where you configure it to do so, issues mouse and keyboard input either through your operating system or through separately supported external hardware (such as Makcu, KMBox Net, Ferrum, MKit, and others).

The Software does not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify any third-party software or game files. It operates entirely outside of game directories and memory, keeping your system secure.

3. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, PSLWARE grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for your own personal, non-commercial use for the duration of the license key you purchased (1 Week, 1 Month, or Lifetime).

  • Personal license: Your license is issued to you alone. You may install it on the machines required for a single setup operated by you. You may not share, rent, resell, sublicense, or transfer your license key, nor allow any other person to use it.
  • Confidentiality: You are responsible for keeping your license key confidential. Use of the Software through your key is treated as use by you.
  • No reverse engineering: You must not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or decrypt the Software, or circumvent its licensing, authentication, or security mechanisms.

4. Your Responsibilities

4.1 Your responsibility. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Software complies with all applicable laws and regulations, and with the terms of service, license agreements, and rules of any third-party platform you use it alongside. You must check those rules before use, and you warrant that you will comply with this section 4.

4.2 Intended use. The Software is licensed for personal, non-competitive use. It is intended for:

  • offline practice and single-player aim training;
  • research and education in computer vision and artificial intelligence machine learning; and
  • development, optimization, and testing of your own software workflows.

4.3 Prohibited use. You must not use the Software in violation of third-party rules, nor to disrupt, exploit, or automate competitive environments where prohibited by the respective service operators. We do not authorise, encourage, endorse, or support any unlawful or unauthorized use.

4.4 Third-party platforms. Operators of games, platforms, and services set their own rules and enforce them independently. Where you choose to use the Software alongside such a service, you do so at your own discretion and accept the outcome, including any suspension, restriction, or termination of an account. We are not liable for any action a third party takes in relation to your accounts.

4.5 Indemnification. You will indemnify PSLWARE against any claim, damage, liability, cost, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) brought by a third party arising from your use of the Software or your breach of these Terms.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Software is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Use is entirely at your own risk.

  • Consequential loss: To the fullest extent permitted by law, PSLWARE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for loss of profit, data, goodwill, reputation, or in-game content.
  • Cap: Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the license.

6. Refunds

Strictly No Refunds: Due to the digital and instantly delivered nature of our software license keys, all sales are strictly final and 100% non-refundable under any circumstances. A license key is active and usable the moment it is generated or viewed.

We do not issue refunds for reasons including but not limited to: unsupported PC hardware, lack of external hardware, game updates, user error, inability to run the software, ban by third parties, or change of mind.

Exceptions: If a license key is verifiably defective upon delivery and our support team cannot resolve it, a replacement key will be provided.

7. Updates and Availability

We work continuously to keep the Software updated and maintained, but do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. We may modify, update, or suspend parts of the Software as necessary for maintenance. Announcements and updates are posted in our Discord server.

8. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or revoke a license key, without refund, if it is used in breach of these Terms, if a payment is charged back or disputed, or if key sharing or software tampering is detected.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page. Continuing to use the Software constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
