1. Information We Collect

  • Hardware ID (HWID): A unique, non-reversible mathematical hash generated from your computer's hardware specifications. We use this exclusively to bind your purchased license key to your authorized machine, preventing unauthorized key sharing, leaking, or account theft.
  • IP Address: We record your IP address during authentication and checkout API interactions solely to confirm active session integrity, prevent multi-user key abuse, and protect against fraudulent card or crypto charge attempts.
  • Customer Email (Optional / Checkout): If provided during checkout (e.g. Shop Pay / card checkout), your email address is used strictly to transmit your generated license key, order confirmation receipts, and important software updates. We never send unsolicited spam.
  • Discord Identifier: If you redeem or manage your key via our Discord community bot, your Discord User ID is linked to grant you customer roles and manage your support tickets.

2. Operational Usage

We strictly limit our use of collected data to core, necessary functions:

  • Verifying that your license key is active, valid, and running on the authorized device.
  • Detecting and mitigating unauthorized duplicate logins, license piracy, or security breaches.
  • Providing fast, responsive technical assistance when you contact our 24/7 Discord support team.
  • Delivering automated purchase invoices and KeyAuth activation keys.

3. Data Protection and Third Parties

PSLWARE does not sell, rent, trade, or monetize your personal information to any third parties, advertisers, or data brokers. All payment transactions are handled through secure, PCI-compliant third-party payment providers (including Shop Pay / Shopify Payments and NOWPayments). We do not store or process your sensitive credit card details on our servers.

4. Data Retention

Authentication logs and HWID bindings are retained only as long as your license remains active. You may contact our support team at any time via Discord to request a hardware reset or to ask questions regarding your account data.
